Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the Post or Small Packets International or carrier, dependoing on volume, with tracking and/or drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. In the event of a customer advising "non-delivery" we will carry out a full examination of the schedule with the carrier concerned. However, no replacement or refund will be issued unless or until we have certain proof that the parcel has not been received. We apologise for this, but it is the light of too many claims for "non-delivery" - even in one case where the claimant then sent sent an email confiming that the "non received" product had worked well! It is in everyones interest that we keep costs to a minimum.
